We're the home to over 200 different brews, be it draught, bottle, fusions or other strange concoctions as well as a well-educated staff to help you find your new favorite alternative to Coors Light, Newcastle or Blue Moon. We have a myriad of beer to choose from and a food menu fit to drink on, as well as a membership program with benifits geared towards encouraging our customers to try new things. Stop by the Memphis Saucer today and enjoy the open breeze in our Beer Garden or dine inside with the AC cranked up! Let our gorgeous ladies turn that Coors into a Kona Longboard, that Newcastle into a Lazy Magnolia Southern Pecan, and that Blue Moon into a Spaten Franziskaner.

Understandably, not everyone loves beer as much as we do, and we understand! We have a hand picked wine list and select liquor (Car bombs, anyone?), as well as a few non-alcoholic beers, Coke products, Redbull and the famous Abita Rootbeer.

If you're here on vacation or our uniform catches your eye, be sure to ask your waitress or bartender about our merchandise (we have plenty of mens and ladies shirts, hats, koozies and even frisbees) and take home a souvenir. Remember that most of the shirts we wear on the floor are in stock for our Saucer customers too!

Monday - Pint Nite, Almost 75 different draught beers discounted to $3 a pint! Open till 2 AM or later.

Tuesday - Trivia Night, come test your knowledge against our Quiz Master for a chance to win a Flying Saucer gift certificate! Trivia starts at 7:30 and now 10 as well; but we're here till 1 AM.

Wednesday - Glass Night, get here early to beat the rush and be ready at 7PM sharp to get your special Brewery glass! We have a different one every week. Become an MOU member to get them early! Open till 1 AM.

Thursday, Friday and Saturday enjoy our Fire Sales and other great brews along with live music starting promptly at 9:30PM, only a $3 cover- OR speak with your server during the week to become a UFO member and get in free of charge! We'll be open till 2AM or later all weekend, every weekend.

Sunday - NEW !!! Build your own Bloody Mary Bar featuring a wide array of vegetables, hot sauces, and seasonings to turn your own Vodka/Tomato Juice Concoction into a one of a kind Cocktail that you created. Also come enjoy a relaxing evening at a steady pace with your favorite servers until midnight or later!

Our lunch specials run all week and we're open every day at 11AM with the exception of Sunday (noon). We keep our kitchen open late, so keep the Saucer in mind for a late dinner!
